- We can supply powder-coated cable trays in any standard RAL colour. The most popular colours are RAL 7035 (Light Grey), RAL 9010 (Pure White), RAL 5010 (Gentian Blue) and RAL 6018 (Yellow Green). Minimum order quantities may apply for non-standard colours.
- How durable is the powder coating on cable trays?
- Our powder coating thickness is 60–80 microns and passes 500+ hours salt spray test (ASTM B117). The coating is resistant to chipping, UV fading and mild chemical exposure. For outdoor applications, we apply a UV-stable polyester powder coat rather than standard epoxy.
- Can powder-coated cable trays be repaired if scratched during installation?
- Yes. Touch-up spray in matching RAL colours is available for field repairs of minor scratches and cut edges. For severe damage, sections can be removed and recoated at our factory.
